Border's well proven XP10 carbon laminate constructed limb heralded a break through in limb design and technology. With an increase in limb lateral or torque stiffness of over 70% the XP10 laminate increased this vital element of recurve limb design. The XP10 carbon limb was the first limb designed with inbuilt paradox control.
Increase the torsional stiffness of a recurve limb and you decease the amount that the arrow moves sideways from the action of the archer's release. You improve and tighten the impact point, the consistency of the arrow group in the target. Horizontal accuracy is measurably improved.
Improve torsional stiffness of the limb and you decrease the tail left to right movement and you also improve the speed consistency of each arrow and tighten the vertical arrow dispersal. Overall accuracy is significantly improved!
Exceptional limb torsional rigidity enables the limb design to handle larger recurve cord ratios improving stored energy and arrow speed. Bows that store high levels of energy are also bows that pull sweet and smooth.
XP10 Carbon limbs made by Border are fast and smooth to shoot but most of all very forgiving of release errors giving the archer the confidence for those shots that really matter.
Try a set of XP10's and feel the rigidity by gently flexing the recurve tips and then try shooting them. It all becomes self-evident.
XP10 carbon limbs are available with clear glass facings over Red Elm wood finish
